CBD has a way of calming down your nervous system, overall. As you age, this may help decrease your risk of a whole array of nervous system disorders, from epilepsy to multiple sclerosis. If you already deal with one of these nervous system disorders, consider adding CBD to your regimen as a supplemental therapy. It may help make you less reliant on your prescription medications, or it may take care of the symptoms that persist in spite of your medication use. Just make sure you get the okay from your doctor before you begin to use CBD, and don't adjust your dose of any other medications without checking with your doctor, either.
